What I learned and what I would change

My days at Italy came to an end and as we drive to the airport in Naples to fly back to Barcelona I reflect on what we did and what I would do differently. I would change the first destination. We flew into Milan and made our way down to Naples. The reason I would change this, or one of the reasons, is that instead of flying back to Barcelona if we had flown into Naples and made our way up to Milan we could have probably kept driving into France (which we later went and I will tell you about it later). So instead of flying north and driving south I would fly south and continue driving north. Also, we arrived at the fashion capital of the World, Milan, and the truth is that everything was so much prettier and the people were so elegant, the more south you go, it starts getting dirtier and the people are not as elegant. I learned that you should know the language enough to get you around. So below are some words you should probably know:

• Dov’e la toilette?: where is the toilet?

I would definitely ask questions when booking the Airbnb (make sure they have A/C) as the days were pretty hot here. Always wear comfortable shoes and breathable outfits since you will be walking alot. Study the area where you are going and make a schedule of the places you must visit (find out hours and fees). Eat as much as you want (remember the siesta hours). Make every minute count. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!!!! Oh, and one more thing, if you own a Samsung they won’t let you get on the plane in Naples Airport (luckily I am an iPhone girl).

Lo que aprendí y lo que cambiaría

Mis días en Italia llegaron a su fin y, mientras conducimos al aeropuerto de Nápoles para volar de regreso a Barcelona, ​​reflexiono sobre lo que hicimos y lo que haría de manera diferente. Yo cambiaría el primer destino. Volamos a Milán y nos dirigimos a Nápoles. Definitivamente haría preguntas al reservar el Airbnb (asegúrese de que tengan A / C) ya que los días eran bastante calurosos aquí. Siempre use zapatos cómodos y trajes transpirables ya que caminará mucho. Estudie el área donde va y haga un cronograma de los lugares que debe visitar (averigüe los horarios y tarifas). Come todo lo que quieras (recuerda las horas de la siesta). Haz que cada minuto cuente. Disfruta, disfruta, disfruta !!!! Ah, y una cosa más, si tienes un Samsung, no te dejarán subir al avión en el aeropuerto de Nápoles (por suerte soy una chica iPhone).
